Prime Properties & Interiors, a real estate agency based in Surat, Gujarat, India. In these terms “we” and “us” mean that business, and “you” means whoever is using the service.

A website where property listings can be browsed, a way to tell us what you are looking for, and software that helps estate agencies organise the property information they receive and work with one another on it.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the service. Where a change affects you materially we will say so rather than leaving you to discover it.

Listings are collected from many sources and are not warranties. Prices, sizes, availability, floor numbers, approvals and photographs come to us largely from estate agents and owners, often as messages written in a hurry. We take reasonable care, but we do not promise that any particular detail is accurate, current or complete.

Verify before you commit money. Before paying a deposit, signing anything, or making an offer, check the property, the title, the approvals and the identity of the seller yourself or through your own advisers. Nothing on this website is an offer, valuation, investment advice or legal advice.

A property shown as available may already be let or sold. We remove listings when we learn they are gone, and we learn late more often than we would like.

You agree not to:

• scrape, copy or republish our listings in bulk, or use them to build a competing database
• use anyone else’s personal information obtained here to contact them for anything other than the property in question
• upload photographs or details you do not have the right to share
• attempt to reach parts of the system you have not been given access to
• use the service for anything unlawful

Property details you contribute are pooled and visible to other subscribing agencies. Your own clients, enquiries, notes and photographs are not — they remain private to you. What is shared and what is not is set out in our privacy policy.

You are responsible for having the right to share what you put in, for the accuracy of what you enter, and for the conduct of the staff you give access to. Fees, where they apply, are as agreed with you in writing.

We may suspend an account that is being used to harvest other agencies’ information rather than to do business.

If you contact us on WhatsApp or give us your number, you agree we may reply on WhatsApp about the property or enquiry concerned. You can ask us to stop at any time and we will. Messaging is provided through the WhatsApp Business Platform and is also subject to WhatsApp’s own terms.

Where we act as your agent, brokerage is payable as separately agreed. Nothing on this website by itself creates an agency relationship or an entitlement to brokerage.

We provide the service as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your reliance on a listing, from a transaction you enter into, or from the service being unavailable. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud.

The website, its design and our software remain ours. Content you provide remains yours, and you give us permission to use it to operate the service as described in these terms and the privacy policy.

We may update these terms; the date above will change when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
